Stream Team Biologist Sherry Fischer has worked for the Conservation Department for 12 years. She lives in Jefferson City with her husband and two children. She enjoys passing on her passion for the natural environment, especially streams. She enjoys exercising, hiking and gardening. |

John Miller is the Naturalist Program Supervisor at the Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery in Branson. For 17 years he has helped teach about the beauty of Missouri's wildlife. He and his wife Kathy enjoy hiking and photography. |

Andrea Putnam, formerly a naturalist at Runge Conservation Nature Center in Jefferson City, is now a naturalist at Dr. Edmund A. Babler State Park in Wildwood. Her specialty is insects. Andrea enjoys sharing her entomological experiences with everyone willing to learn about nature. |

Jim Rathert maintains a 35-year “love affair” with the birds of Missouri. In fact, his early interest in birds led him into the broader field of wildlife and nature photography. His interests also include cooking and eating all manner of ethnic foods. |

Nathan Roberts worked with the Conservation Department's research unit from 1998 through 2003—part of this time as a graduate student at the University of Missouri. He currently lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with his family and is employed at the USDA National Wildlife Research Center. |
