CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – Hop to the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) Cape Girardeau Conservation Nature Center for a celebration of all things amphibian during Froggy Friday from 5 - 7:30 p.m. on April 5!

It’s your chance to see live frogs and other amphibians on display at the nature center, make a froggy craft, or play a froggy game. Registration is not required.

This free family event includes activities, crafts, displays and “froggy” presentations at 5:30 and 6:30 p.m., and be sure to join in on the frog-inspired hikes!

“Join us for a fun way to discover nature through the many amazing and unique frogs that reside in Missouri and the important roles they play,” said Cape Nature Center Manager Laci Prucinsky.

All ages and groups are welcome. In the event of heavy rains, outdoor activities will be cancelled.

Program Registration

Please ensure your MDC account includes an accurate email address so that you can receive a link to virtual programs. Registration closes two hours before the program begins, and the program link is sent at least 30 minutes before the program is scheduled.
