Review of regulation changes as passed by the Regulations Committee during the annual word-by-word review of the Wildlife Codeof Missouri, to become effective in 2008.
Recommendation from the MDC Hunting Participation Working Group to establish an Apprentice Permit to provide opportunity to individuals born after January 1, 1967 and over 15 years of age who do not own land in the state of Missouri to participate in hunting related activities without hunter education certification but only under the direct supervision of a properly licensed hunter education certified adult.
