MDC Trails

Welcome to the MDC Trails section! Here you will find information about designated trails on Conservation Areas. Trails provide area access as well as recreational and educational opportunities.

Foot traffic is permitted on all designated trails. Bicycling and horseback riding are allowed on designated trails on some areas.

Pets are allowed on many Conservation Areas but they must be on a leash or confined at all times. Pets are not permitted at Nature Centers, Rockwoods Reservation, or on the trail at Painted Rock Conservation Area.
